Job summary

EHS Support is seeking a Project Hydrogeologist to join our Victoria team. You will support water resource projects, contaminated land and groundwater sectors, providing technical and field support across diverse projects including water resources, mining and industrial settings.

Reporting to the Victorian Team Lead, you will manage data, perform pump test analysis, and contribute to reporting, site assessments and proposals. Australian work eligibility and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hydrogeology or related field; postgraduate hydrogeology desirable.
• Up to three years of experience in an environmental role including groundwater and soil sampling.
• Developing understanding of environmental and resource regulations.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management, analysis and presentation of environmental investigation data.
• Desktop data gathering and compilation.
• Background reviews of technical guidance, regulations and case studies.
• Assist with reporting and preparation of written deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in groundwater flow and contaminated land assessments.
• Supervise sub-contractors in the field.
• Project and task management – scope, schedule, budgets.
