Job summary

EHS Support Pty Ltd is seeking an early-career Environmental Scientist / Hydrogeologist / Engineer to join our Queensland team. The role focuses on environmental site assessment, monitoring, compliance and remediation across multiple sectors, with a practical mix of field, office and home-based work and periodic travel to regional locations.

Applicants should have a grounding in fieldwork and data analysis and be keen to develop technical capability while working with senior practitioners on

Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
Clear and concise technical writing ability.
Ability to translate strategy into practical plans.
Practical and efficient approach to fieldwork with focus on data quality.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement environmental field programs including groundwater and surface water monitoring, soil sampling and site inspections.
Manage, analyse and present environmental datasets and prepare technical reports.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors during field activities (drilling, excavation, rehabilitation).
Assist with project management including scope planning, scheduling and budget tracking.
