Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in diesel, auto, mechanical or hydraulic fitting.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required.
• Valid driver's licence and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform allocated workshop work: cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
• Attend site for initial diagnosis and assessment.
• Determine actions to get machines operational and initiate repair or replacement.
• Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance on hydraulic equipment.
• Work safely and comply with WHS procedures.

This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.

Your Role

• Perform allocated work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
• Attend site and conduct initial diagnosis and assessment.
• Determine what action is required to get the machine operational and initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacement.
• Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
• Perform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.

In this role you will work across a range of industrial sectors providing field service support, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems used in both fixed plant and mobile equipment.

No two days are the same. You will work across both customer sites and our workshop, supporting customers with breakdown response, system troubleshooting and component repairs.

About You

• Relevant trade qualifications (ie Diesel, Auto, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter).
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required.
• Valid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety first mindset.
