Job summary

Hydraulink Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Hydraulic Solutions Specialist to become the trusted technical partner for a major mining customer in Perth. The role blends hydraulic technical work with strong customer engagement, including sourcing components, quoting, project coordination, and hands-on workshop support.

You will split time between our Canning Vale branch and on-site locations, building relationships and delivering practical hydraulic solutions that keep critical mining equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry.
• Experience manufacturing hoses and working with hydraulic systems.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Mining industry experience is advantageous.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical partner for a major mining customer in Perth, combining technical expertise with customer engagement.
• Source hydraulic components, prepare quotes, and coordinate projects.
• Provide hands-on workshop support and on-site assistance at client sites and in branch.
• Develop hydraulic kits and improve equipment efficiencies to keep mining gear operating at peak performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and become the go-to technical solution provider.
