Job summary

ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a Hydraulic Modeller/Drafter to join our Building Services team. You will produce hydraulic models and documentation using Revit, collaborating with engineers and designers on health, defence, government, commercial and industrial projects.

Based in Brisbane, you will help advance our BIM capabilities, develop standards, and deliver coordinated documentation from concept through construction with a focus on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hydraulic Modeller/Drafter/Designer in building services or engineering.
• Strong Revit modelling skills with hydraulic services documentation.
• Sound understanding of hydraulic services, NCC requirements and Australian Standards.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with other disciplines.

• Produce and coordinate hydraulic services models, drawings and documentation using Revit and BIM tools.
• Contribute to projects across health, defence, government, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model reviews.
• Work closely with engineers, designers and project teams to deliver accurate documentation.
• Assist in maintaining and improving modelling standards, templates and documentation practices.
• Contribute to successful delivery of projects through all design and construction stages.

Our Building Services team is seeking a Hydraulic Modeller / Drafter to join our growing Brisbane office. With a strong pipeline of projects across the health, defence, government, commercial and industrial sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team delivering high-quality models and documentation on complex and technically challenging projects.

Working closely with hydraulic engineers and multidisciplinary design teams, you will play an important role in the delivery of projects from concept through to construction. You will develop coordinated hydraulic services models and documentation while contributing to the ongoing development of our BIM and digital delivery capabilities.

The Opportunity

About You

• Experience as a Hydraulic Modeller, Drafter or Designer within a building services or engineering environment.
• Strong Revit modelling skills with experience producing hydraulic services documentation.
• Sound understanding of hydraulic services systems, NCC requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with other building services disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality project documentation.
• Experience delivering complex building projects across sectors such as health, defence, government, commercial or industrial will be highly regarded.
