Job summary
ACOR Consultants’ Building Services team is seeking a Project Hydraulic Designer to support our national growth. You will deliver hydraulic designs and documentation in accordance with Australian Standards, NCC and Plumbing Code, and work across defence, government, health, commercial and industrial sectors.
Collaborate with engineers, BIM designers and project stakeholders; develop calculations, technical documentation and design reports; contribute to ongoing enhancement of hydraulic delivery
Qualifications
- Experience as Hydraulic Designer in a consulting engineering or building services environment.
- Strong knowledge of AS3500, NCC and Plumbing Code requirements.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and related design software.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hydraulic designs and documentation in accordance with Australian Standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM designers, architects and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Develop calculations, technical documentation, specifications and design reports.
- Support project planning, design coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration through all project stages.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of hydraulic design standards and delivery practices.
