Job summary

Custom Fluid Power is seeking a Service Fitter to join our Banyo team, working across the workshop and onsite field service jobs. The role involves rebuilding pumps, valves, cylinders and hydraulic power units, plus carrying out hydraulic repairs both in the workshop and on site.

You will read hydraulic schematics, work four days a week (9.5 hours per day) with an option for a fifth day, and enjoy a safety-focused culture, a fully maintained service vehicle, mobile phone and iPad, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent in fitting and machining.
• Hands-on hydraulic repair experience preferred.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, ARC) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild piston, vane and gear pumps and motors.
• Rebuild mobile and industrial valves.
• Rebuild hydraulic cylinders.
• Build and commission hydraulic power units.
• Carry out hydraulic repairs in the workshop and onsite.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics.

Your roster

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday


• Week 2: Tuesday to Friday

What you’ll do

• Rebuild piston, vane and gear pumps and motors

About You

• Trade Certificate in Fitting & Machining or similar
