Job summary

Meakins Australia is seeking an experienced hydraulic services engineer to join our specialist design and consulting firm. You will be responsible for engineering design and delivery of hydraulic building services, including water systems, sanitary plumbing, drainage, and associated components throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A recognised engineering degree.
• 3+ years experience in hydraulic building services design in Australian construction.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic design principles and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hydraulic building services (cold/heated water, sanitary, drainage, sewer, stormwater).
• Perform calculations, sizing and technical assessments.
• Develop practical, buildable hydraulic solutions aligned with design requirements and construction outcomes.
• Manage hydraulic projects from scoping to completion, including documentation and tendering.
