Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Digital Professional to join its Brisbane team. This role blends hydraulic engineering with digital delivery, placing you at the centre of how projects are designed and delivered.

You will work on complex projects across Defence, Health, Education and Infrastructure, delivering model-led hydraulic designs, developing Revit models, coordinating BIM workflows, and mentoring junior team members in digital delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building services hydraulic experience.
• Strong Revit and BIM workflow capabilities.
• Understanding of Level of Detail (LOD), coordination processes and digital delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hydraulic designs using a model-led BIM approach.
• Develop and manage Revit models and digital documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated BIM delivery.
• Carry out clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshops.
• Contribute to digital standards, workflows and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients and contractors to deliver project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members in BIM and digital delivery practices.
• Attend project meetings and site inspections and contribute to reporting.
