Job summary

Mivada Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Workday Functional HCM Consultant to contribute to client delivery across Workday HCM projects, with hands-on configuration and testing.

You’ll work as part of a project team supporting end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, and post-production support, with independence guided by senior team members on complex design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, HR, or related field.
• 4–8 years of Workday experience including 1–2 implementation projects.
• Workday Certification in HCM or related modules (required or in progress).
• Strong understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Workday HCM implementation and enhancement projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Configure Workday HCM modules based on documented requirements and functional designs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into system configuration.
• Participate in system testing: unit, integration, and UAT support.
• Assist in resolving functional issues and configuration-related problems during implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery progress.
• Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Document functional designs, configuration details, and testing outcomes.
• Provide input into process improvements and best practice adoption.
• Support knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training.
