Job summary

Gadens is seeking two experienced Workday Consultants with implementation experience. You will work with HR and Finance Functional Leads, IT and external partners to document current and future state processes, translate business requirements into Workday workflows and support configuration, testing and implementation activities.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, and is ideal for consultants with multi-functional Workday experience across Core HCM, Payroll and Advanced

Qualifications

• Strong Workday experience across Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into Workday solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of a Workday implementation with HR/Finance leads and partners.
• Configure and optimise Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Review business processes and recommend improvements to fit Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
