Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment partners with a leading financial services organisation in Sydney to hire a Third-Party Risk Analyst. The role sits in Line 2 Risk and focuses on strengthening supplier and service provider risk management through governance, oversight, and robust challenge.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, review risk assessments and controls, analyze data for trends, and support regulatory obligations and resilience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in risk management, assurance, controls, audit, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, governance frameworks, and control environments.
• Exposure to third-party risk, supplier risk, operational resilience, outsourcing, or CPS 230 requirements will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, identify themes, and provide meaningful insights.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, control reviews, or assurance activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing management and enhancement of the organisation's third-party risk framework.
• Review and challenge risk assessments, controls, and assurance activities relating to vendors and service providers.
• Analyse risk data, trends, and emerging issues to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide pragmatic risk advice to business stakeholders and assist them in managing third-party risk obligations.
• Support governance reporting, risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen risk management practices and organisational resilience.
