Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Risk Transformation (Third Party Risk Management) to help organisations across Australia and Oceania strengthen performance through robust TPRM programs. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, with potential flexible hours and a focus on delivering risk-based solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, governance, compliance or audit roles within professional services, blue-chip, or government organisations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of third-party risk management concepts, risk and control frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO, NIST), and regulatory requirements relevant to TPRM (e.g. SoCI, Privacy Act, Modern Slavery, CPS 230).
• Familiarity with TPRM and/or GRC tools and technologies (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, SAP, ProcessUnity).
• Experience supporting or conducting third-party risk assessments, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of TPRM and risk transformation engagements, supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of third-party risk management programs.
• Assist with current state assessments, develop risk strategies, and support the build and operation of TPRM frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Work with clients to identify, assess, and manage third-party risks, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Support the preparation and review of client deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and maintain productive client relationships, contributing to a positive team culture and knowledge sharing.
