Job summary

Objective Corporation in Canberra is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver enterprise software implementations, upgrades and integrations for government customers. You will configure solutions, lead data migrations, and work with project teams to ensure successful Go Live.

The role values strong SQL and relational database skills, experience with Java/.NET/C/C++, Windows Server, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Experience with Windows Server environments; Unix/Linux experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical implementations, upgrades, migrations and integrations for enterprise software projects.
• Configure and deploy Objective solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Build and support API integrations and data migrations across customer environments.
• Work closely with customers and project teams through testing, UAT and Go Live.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to best practices and continuously improve the way we deliver for our customers.
