Think Intellect Consulting Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) with strong banking and financial services experience to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, developers, and testing teams to analyse processes, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
Experience delivering technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to identify automation, controls, and improvements.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, product owners, and project managers to deliver solutions.
Define tests and participate in QA, UAT, integration testing, and defect resolution.
