Job summary

Nuix is seeking a Solutions Architect for our Sydney-based team to design customer-facing solutions on the Nuix Neo Platform. The role focuses on translating requirements into scalable architectures for diverse environments, and supporting the sales cycle with POCs, tenders, and SOWs.

Based in Sydney, the role requires minimum 3 days in the office and offers hybrid work options. You will engage across eDiscovery, forensics, investigations, and data analytics domains with a global reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data processing, and search technologies.
• Experience designing solutions for eDiscovery, forensics, legal tech, or data analytics domains.
• Knowledge of deployment architectures (air-gapped, data centre, cloud, hybrid).
• Familiarity with containerisation and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of APIs and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for customer engagements across eDiscovery, forensics, and investigations use cases.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Nuix Neo Platform architectures.
• Create deployment architectures considering security and compliance requirements.
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation for proposals.
• Assist with tender responses, RFP/RFI submissions, and SOWs for POCs.
• Present solution architectures to customer stakeholders and support sales cycles.
• Design and execute POC architectures and evaluate production deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Services to share patterns and best practices.
