Coles is seeking a Strategy Business Partner to join the Group Strategy team in Melbourne. You will turn complex challenges into clear strategies and practical solutions, collaborating with senior leaders across the business to shape our future.

You’ll deliver data-driven insights and develop strategic priorities that support Coles’ long-term success. You will apply structured problem-solving, financial analysis, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills to inform the corporate plan and key

Formación

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or retail strategy.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience preparing presentations for senior leaders or boards.
• Experience managing project workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver data-driven insights informing strategy, corporate plan and key decisions.
• Partner with Strategy Managers and senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic priorities.
• Use structured problem-solving and financial analysis to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Translate complex information into clear presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead project workstreams, track progress and manage risks to support delivery.
