A3 Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in a hybrid role with options across clinic, home, school and community settings. New graduates and senior SPs are welcome to apply, with flexible hours and administrative support. Full Australian working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration (or in progress for new grads).
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support speech, language and social communication for children, young people and adults.
• Support AAC (low- and high-tech) where appropriate, and train communication partners.
• Develop practical, play-based therapy plans that fit into everyday routines.
• Maintaining notes and documentation with templates and admin support.
• Mentor juniors and shape SP pathway for senior clinicians.
