Job summary

Airservices Australia is hiring a SharePoint & Web Content Administrator to maintain and improve SharePoint environments, intranet services and external website capabilities. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working, allowing Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney locations.

You will manage configuration, access, publishing, governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely, accurate content and compliant publishing.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online or on-premises.
• Experience publishing content for enterprise intranets or external sites.
• Understanding content lifecycle, information architecture and records management.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and publishing standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• Manage sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and content structures.
• Publish and update operational and corporate content with governance.
• Support publication of regulatory material per governance.
• Manage incidents and service requests; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to maintenance, upgrades and improvements.
• Provide guidance to site owners, authors and publishers.
• Maintain platform documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with technology, communications, information-management teams and suppliers.
