Formación

• HVAC, refrigeration, appliance servicing, electrical, gas, plumbing or related trade experience.
• Current licences, registrations, endorsements, or certifications relevant to the work undertaken.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while servicing homes and locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test appliances within training and licensing.
• Explain diagnoses and repair outcomes clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools, and equipment responsibly.
• Collaborate with technical support and service operations to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring issues and feed back for continuous improvement.

You'll work across a variety of products and technologies, including appliances and HVAC-related systems (where licensed and trained), helping customers resolve issues safely, efficiently, and professionally.Working across an assigned service territory, you'll visit customer homes and service locations, diagnose faults, complete repairs, and provide customers with expert advice and support.
