Job summary

Avant is seeking an experienced Security Solution Architect to shape our cyber security landscape across Azure, IAM, Zero Trust and data protection. You will translate strategy into practical architectures, lead threat modelling and risk assessments, and guide governance and security transformations in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting to the Enterprise Security Architect, you will collaborate with security engineering, cyber defence and senior stakeholders to deliver secure outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Architect in complex enterprises.
• Strong multi-domain security expertise (cloud, IAM, ZTNA, network, app, infra).
• Azure, Microsoft 365 Security, data protection knowledge.
• Threat modelling, risk assessments and architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security domain architectures, roadmaps and standards.
• Translate strategy into practical security requirements and guardrails.
• Lead security risk assessments and threat modelling activities.
• Provide guidance across cloud, identity, network, infra, application and data security domains.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for alignment with target state and objectives.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering and Cyber Defence teams to implement controls.
• Analyze threats and incidents to drive architectural improvements and investments.
• Contribute to governance and decision-making for complex initiatives.
