Job summary

Jetstar Airways in Melbourne is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to join the Network & Scheduling team, reporting to the Schedule Planning Manager. This permanent role sits at the centre of the business and plays a critical part in how Jetstar's future flying program is planned, coordinated and delivered.

Working across Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance and other stakeholder groups, you'll help ensure our schedules are accurate, compliant and operationally achievable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Jetstar's flight schedule across planning horizons.
• Assist with airport slot portfolios and coordination requirements.
• Support international schedule filings and regulatory submissions.
• Assess schedule change requests and identify operational risks.
• Coordinate schedule updates across business units and stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain schedule data, reporting and documentation.
• Support publication and distribution of schedule information.
• Contribute to process and system improvements.
