Job summary

Jetstar is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to join our Network & Scheduling team, reporting to the Schedule Planning Manager. This permanent role sits at the centre of the business, coordinating with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate, compliant and achievable.

The role blends analytical thinking with stakeholder engagement, risk management and problem solving in a dynamic airline environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in planning, scheduling, analysis, operations or logistics or similar analytical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Jetstar's flight schedule across multiple planning horizons.
• Assist with management of airport slot portfolios and slot coordination compliance.
• Support international schedule filings and regulatory submissions.
• Assess schedule change requests and identify operational risks and impacts.
• Coordinate schedule updates across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain accurate schedule data, reporting and documentation.
• Support the publication and distribution of schedule information across the airline.
• Contribute to process and system improvements by identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
