Job summary

Talenza is seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our enterprise Data Platforms team in Sydney on a 6-month contract. You will design scalable, secure data solutions to modernise legacy environments and migrate workloads to cloud platforms.

Working with Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams, you will lead design activities, ensure governance, and guide development teams through the delivery lifecycle while aligning with security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing solutions in large enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on with SAS-based platforms, data migration, and cloud modernization.
• Strong data governance, security, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across enterprise data platforms and transformations.
• Analyze current-state data environments and define target-state solutions.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives involving cloud data platforms.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance standards.
