AEK Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Australia, seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive growth by identifying and pursuing client opportunities. You will work with leadership to win new business while nurturing existing relationships, contributing to strategic growth.

You’ll engage in outreach, manage the sales cycle, coordinate internal marketing, and help track KPIs to optimise performance. Hybrid work model available.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years in business development, marketing, client management or sales (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities.
• Proactive mindset and a desire to grow with the business.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce (bonus).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across services.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end sales cycle: pitches, proposals, negotiations.
• Coordinate internal marketing efforts with in-house team.
• Maintain and grow client relationships; align solutions with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and measurable results.
• Track and measure business development KPIs to inform strategies.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM platform (HubSpot).
• Organise and manage marketing events and social assets/accounts.
• Provide mild PA duties (calls, diary, emails, meeting management).
