Revenue NSW is seeking an Assistant Revenue Officer to join the Revenue Management Team within Strategy & Innovation. The role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid work, and salary from $87,199 to $95,482 plus superannuation. Ongoing and temporary appointments exist, with locations across NSW.

You will handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and payment records while supporting system improvements. A talent pool may be created for future vacancies.

Qualifications

• Strong bank reconciliation and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and excellent organizational ability.
• Highly developed analytical, research and problem-solving skills to resolve system, processing and reporting issues.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with external and internal clients.

Responsabilités

• Transaction processing and reconciliation services to ensure payments are recorded and applied correctly.
• Review systems, processes and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that support business systems and reconciliation process improvements.
• Maintain payment records to ensure accurate processing of client and creditor financial records.
• Ensure banking and reconciliation functions are in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Assist Revenue Officers with system testing.
