Job summary

Withstand Lawyers Pty in Parramatta is building a new workers compensation and work injury damages practice. This role targets an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a track record to lead a practice from day one.

You will run an end-to-end caseload, shape processes, mentor juniors and have real hybrid work options (three days from home). The base salary is $180k–$270k plus super, with an uncapped, formula-based written bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-admission in WC and WID.
• Current NSW practising certificate.
• Committed to plaintiff-side work and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of concurrent workers compensation and WID matters from intake to resolution.
• Build the practice in your own proven successful style; file flow and, as it grows, the team under you.
• Mentor juniors and lead if you want to step up.
