AFL Recruitment Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a Workers Compensation Lawyer-Practice Leader to head a WC team of six, mentoring staff and driving growth. You will manage client onboarding, resolve complaints, and represent the firm at Court/PIC when needed.

The role offers leadership autonomy, a vibrant culture, and a flexible WFH option after probation, with a package of $140,000-$240,000 plus bonus and benefits. This is a full-time, Sydney-based opportunity.

Formación

• Personal injury solicitor with 5–10+ years’ post-admission experience.
• Essential workers compensation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead WC practice, 4- to 6-person team; mentor and manage performance.
• Manage client onboarding and resolve complaints; maintain client relationships.
• Attend Court/PIC as required.
• Participate in business development and marketing to grow the practice.
