Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking an experienced Manager QA/Testing for a temporary nine-month opportunity in Burwood, NSW. You will lead end-to-end testing across complex, integrated systems and coordinate across interfaces, vendors and delivery teams.

You will own the test strategy from planning and traceability through to execution and completion, drive defects and risks to resolution, and engage business and IT stakeholders at all levels to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced, hands-on Test Manager with a strong track record delivering testing across complex technology environments.
• You are a confident communicator who can engage, challenge and manage business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• You are pragmatic, energetic and delivery-focused, bringing structure to complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across complex, integrated systems, working across multiple interfaces, vendors and delivery teams.
• Drive testing, defects, risks and blockers through to resolution, keeping quality and delivery on track.
• Own the test strategy and delivery, from planning and requirements traceability through to execution and completion.
• Engage confidently with business and IT stakeholders at all levels, being assertive and prepared to challenge when required.
• Influence teams and stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes, while remaining hands on and stepping into the detail when needed.
