Transport for NSW is seeking a Test Engineer on a fixed-term full-time basis in Macquarie Park, NSW, to join the Opal Next Gen program. You will work within a collaborative testing team delivering QA across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will translate requirements into robust test cases, execute manual and automated tests, manage defects, and contribute to data validation and release readiness in a complex tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Three core testing capabilities across enterprise applications.
• Experience translating requirements into test cases and data sets.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design and execute tests across the software delivery lifecycle, including functional, integration and UAT.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, manage defects, and support release validation.
• Validate data quality, migrations and interfaces using SQL and assist automation.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Data Analysts and vendors.
