Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of rental projects, partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams. You will manage rental requests, coordinate top-up hires, and run smaller ERP-based projects to ensure accurate data and smooth execution.

Ideal candidates bring strong client-facing skills, knowledge of rental ERP systems, and solid organizational ability to multitask in a live events environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with rental ERP systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of live events and/or broadcast industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word.
• Experience in event rental operations, logistics or project management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming rental requests via email and telephone with timely responses.
• Coordinate top-up hire projects in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create and manage smaller-scale projects within the ERP system with accurate data.
• Support operational planning, including crewing and logistics for rental projects.
• Assist with administrative processes in the rental ERP, including availability, documentation, and billing.
• Help oversee departmental assets and contribute to resource management.
