Job summary

Randstad Digital Australia is seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and cadence across our growing suite of operational capture and mobile tools. You will own the full digital product lifecycle, lead backlog and sprint planning with cross-functional squads, and translate field workflows into build-ready technical requirements.

Work will involve expanding digital forms, signature capture, and incident data capture tools while collaborating with front-line personnel and UX/UI

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner for digital applications, mobile tools, or low code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full digital product lifecycle from strategy to delivery.
• Lead backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning with engineering, QA, and UX squads.
• Partner with frontline personnel to translate workflows into technical requirements.
• Deliver platform enhancements including digital forms, signature capture, and incident data capture tools.
