Job summary

Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Product Developer to translate customer needs, lifestyle trends and commercial insights into a robust development plan for Own Brand and Exclusive products.

You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to bring new products to market with value, quality and innovation, while monitoring performance and adjusting strategies under a 12-month FTC in a hybrid, Sydney-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Retail and/or Commercial.
• Prior experience in retail product development.
• Experience with supplier development/management and customer data/insights.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs and trends to shape development plans.
• Define product and packaging knowledge for development delivery.
• Set 1–3 year development plans for existing ranges to ensure growth.
• Deliver the product strategy with Woolworths Brand values.
