Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) is seeking a Procurement and Contracts Officer to plan, develop, source and manage procurement activities that align with organisational goals. You will provide end-to-end procurement support, develop sourcing strategies and support contract development and compliance across multiple programs.

The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week after induction and training.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in procurement or related discipline, or relevant experience in contract establishment.
• Experience developing procurement strategies in commissioning and public sector policies.
• Ability to use electronic procurement platforms and contract information systems.
• Evidence of negotiating, drafting and interpreting contracts with risk and probity awareness.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to meet objectives.
• Provide end-to-end procurement support and contract documentation.
• Develop service specifications from project design concepts and manage variations.
• Maintain procurement policies, procedures and guidelines and mitigate risk.
