Qualifications

• PhD candidate with strong research background.
• Experience training generative models.
• Ability to design, run, and interpret ML experiments.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborates well with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work on task-specific pruning of video generative models.
• Combine pruning with optimization techniques (DMD, LoRA).
• Measure compute cost, latency, and quality trade-offs.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams toward production.
• Contribute findings to the broader research community through publications when relevant.
