Job summary

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation in Perth is seeking a Regional Community Development Manager to lead a team of Senior Community Development Officers and drive delivery of ADF programs including Good Sports and LDAT. You will partner with the State Manager to identify opportunities and build stakeholder relationships.

Applicants will have proven people management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to preventing alcohol and other drug harms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in health promotion, social sciences, public health, business management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated people management experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of preventing and reducing harms caused by alcohol and other drugs.
• Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills for community and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems to plan, monitor, forecast, evaluate and report on service delivery targets.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operational program leadership to achieve State/Territory targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain community and program partnerships with peak bodies, local and State governments, and community organisations.
• Recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management of SCDO team.
• Use Salesforce CRM to plan, monitor, forecast, evaluate and report on service delivery targets.
• Assess the quality of CAPs and provide feedback on quality and adherence to program objectives.
• Support SCDOs to engage with clubs for the Good Sports program.
