Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support the payroll function across the business. The role is based in Melbourne CBD with a flexible hybrid arrangement (2 days in office, 3 from home) and offers a permanent contract.

The package includes an excellent salary of $75,000 plus superannuation and opportunities for training and career progression. The successful candidate will have payroll experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• High attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Handle new starters, terminations and changes.
• Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update payroll records.
• Process leave, overtime and adjustments.
• Support payroll reporting and reconciliation.
• Assist with superannuation and deductions.
• Maintain payroll systems and data integrity.
• Support compliance with payroll legislation and policies.
• Contribute to process improvement and provide admin support.
