The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Payments Infrastructure Specialist to join our Technology team on a fixed-term contract through to December 2027. This role will see you working across Australia's critical payment and settlement platforms, supporting the secure movement of funds across the financial system.

Formación

• Experience supporting payment systems or enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of messaging and systems integration.
• Experience with high-availability, business-critical applications.
• Experience administering Linux environments (RHEL preferred).
• Familiarity with SWIFT, networking or related infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery, integration and operation of critical payments infrastructure.
• Maintain, enhance and optimise payments and messaging environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic tech initiatives.
• Provide technical support for high-availability payment services.
• Investigate and resolve system connectivity and integration issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects across Linux, virtualization, networking.
