Job summary

Loan Market is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support our brokers and referral partners by accurately processing payment data from lenders and ensuring timely income for customers. The role focuses on daily data handling across operating platforms and payment systems within a collaborative, open-office environment.

You will work with CRM data, perform reconciliations, respond to inquiries, and help maintain lender payment policies.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs Customer Service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Accounts receivable exposure preferred.
• Able to work in a shared open environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
• Strong communication with brokers and referrers.

Responsibilities

• Data entry to operating platforms and payment system.
• Upload and manipulation of commission payment files daily.
• Match lender data to broker data in the CRM and platforms.
• Weekly import to commission payment system of data.
• Reconciliation of export from commission payment system.
• Monitor lender deposits and reconcile to broker files.
• Provide timely responses to broker and referrer inquiries.
