Job summary

A3 Support is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role, with in-clinic and community-based client visits. New graduates and senior OTs are welcome to apply; full Australian working rights are essential.

You’ll develop meaningful NDIS goals and deliver therapy across clinics, homes, schools and community settings with admin support. We offer flexibility in hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for mentoring and growth within a forward-thinking allied health

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights are essential.
• OT degree and current AHPRA registration (or in progress for new grads).
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess daily living skills, motor skills, sensory processing and emotional regulation.
• Complete functional capacity assessments and reports for NDIS plan reviews.
• Develop practical, play-based and routine-based therapy plans for home, school and community.
• Support school readiness, handwriting, self-care and executive functioning goals.
• Assess and trial assistive technology and minor home modifications.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, schools and support teams.
• Maintain notes and documentation with templates and admin support.
