Job summary

National 360 in Warrnambool is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred therapy for NDIS, aged care and private clients. You’ll manage a flexible caseload across mental health, paediatrics, and home modifications, with clinic, telehealth and home visits.

You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, with supervision, development, and clear career progression, plus a generous PD allowance and team events.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT with relevant tertiary degree.
• AHPRA registration or current eligibility status.
• Experience across community, private, or acute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned with interests: mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive tech, home mods, or generalist.
• Deliver therapy via community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Flexible scheduling including work from home and Warrnambool office.
• Receive regular supervision, development support, and career progression guidance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive client outcomes.
• Utilise clinical skills to empower clients; NDIS experience helpful but not essential.
