Job summary

Pansoft Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a Network & Systems Engineer to design, implement and optimise enterprise network and cloud infrastructure. The role covers SD-WAN, AWS networking and hybrid cloud connectivity across client environments.

Responsibilities include planning, configuring, troubleshooting and documenting network solutions, with a focus on security, performance and reliability. A strong background in network analysis and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure design.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience preparing technical designs, diagrams and infrastructure documentation.
Ability to work independently and with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

Analyse network and systems requirements and develop practical infrastructure solutions.
Plan, design, implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN and SD-WAN.
Analyse existing network infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities.
Design network topologies, connectivity solutions and layouts for client/internal environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and services.
Support SD-WAN deployment and secure network connectivity.
Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Prepare and maintain network diagrams, designs, specifications and config docs.
Monitor performance, availability and capacity; perform root-cause analysis.
