Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
• Experience managing network upgrades, configurations and performance optimisation.
• Background supporting secure, highly available corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.
• Performing network configuration, optimisation, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitoring network performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Investigating and resolving complex network incidents and technical issues.
• Maintaining network security controls and supporting compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with internal technology teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver network solutions.
• Supporting strategic projects that enhance connectivity, security and infrastructure capability across the business.
