Job summary

Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop and maintain a program of works, coordinating resources and priorities to support safe, efficient maintenance delivery in Australia.

You will liaise with clients, delivery teams and external stakeholders to keep activities on track and integrated into broader maintenance programs. The role requires hands-on planning, coordinating crews and contractors, and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling maintenance, field or operational activities.
• Ability to coordinate field crews, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and adjust programs as priorities change.
• Align schedules with clients, delivery teams and external stakeholders to minimise conflicts.
• Create, manage and oversee notifications, work orders and work completion in SAP, ensuring timely, compliant execution.
