Job summary

NCN Health is seeking a dedicated M2M Program Manager to lead the Murray to Mountains program across multiple sites with hybrid WFH arrangements. The role supports delivery of a high-quality rural internship and broader training pathways in the Hume region.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with the DCT, and oversee program officers to ensure governance, performance and workforce planning across partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in health management, health administration, education, business, HR, project management or similar.
• Experience in medical education and training, medical workforce coordination or health service administration.
• Ability to plan, organise, implement and evaluate activities and deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of medical workforce processes: recruitment, onboarding, rotations and training.
• Familiarity with medical education accreditation and supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across medical education and training and workforce management.
• Coordinate program activities with multiple stakeholders and sites.
• Monitor and report on program performance, trainee outcomes and risks.
