Job summary

Platinum Pacific Partners is recruiting a Business Analyst for a prominent Australian wealth and asset manager. The role focuses on leading systems and platform change across investment operations, from order management to accounting and investor administration.

You will work with operations, technology, finance, legal, compliance and distribution teams, coordinating with external vendors. A hands-on, end-to-end approach and strong stakeholder engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems implementation or change in funds/investment platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong requirements, documentation, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Proactive, collaborative, credible with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver systems and operational work for new products and initiatives from requirements to go-live.
• Support platform implementations and system onboarding.
• Identify and deliver enhancements across core investment operations systems and regulatory changes.
• Define requirements for product launches and fund events (restructures, transitions).
• Coordinate vendors and distribution platforms to deliver changes.
• Analyze operational data and support management reporting and dashboards.
• Lead end-to-end activities from workshops through testing and post-implementation review.
