Job summary

Green Light Australia are looking to engage a Technical Infrastructure Business Analyst to join their team in Melbourne. The role supports requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and collaboration with project managers on infrastructure projects.

3 Month assignment with potential extension, hybrid work in Melbourne CBD (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Start asap. Excellent opportunity with a leading Australian onshore services company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Infrastructure Business Analyst on Technology Infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working on infrastructure deployment management, technical release coordination and/or large-scale rollout delivery.
• Proven experience with one or more infrastructure domains: Networks & Communications, Cloud platforms, Identity & Access Management, Server & Hosting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Gather requirements from various stakeholders
• Support the Project Manager
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering and exploring solution options
• Collaborate with key stakeholders.
