Job summary

• Experience providing customer service and support for enterprise information management or collaboration systems in regulated environments.
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering Content Manager (TRIM) or similar document management platforms.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
• Clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Australian citizenship is required and baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service desk support for Content Manager (TRIM), RBA Box, SharePoint and GovTEAMS.
• Onboarding, account management and regular access reviews.
• Support configuration management and new versions across these systems.
• Maintain system security through regular user access reviews.
• Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Support FOI responses, records disposal and system reporting activities.
• Assist with user training and information management projects.
