Switching, Made Simple (SMS) is an Australian family-built business dedicated to helping families understand private health insurance with clarity and value. We are hiring a Health Insurance Specialist in a full-time hybrid role based in Richmond, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home.

You will guide individuals and families through policy options, explain features clearly, and recommend suitable cover based on needs and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Health insurance preferred, but not essential.
• Sales skills in outbound and inbound target-driven environments.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable health cover.
• Assess existing policies and help clients switch or optimize.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up for satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experience.
