Michael Hill is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Brisbane, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will design on‑brand assets, create social‑first content, and contribute fresh ideas to drive brand engagement across digital channels. The role requires 2+ years' experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong storytelling and collaborative skills. Join a recognised retail brand and shape exciting campaigns.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Strong graphic design, storytelling and creative execution skills.
• Experience creating content across social platforms and formats.
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

At Michael Hill, we're passionate about helping our customers celebrate life's special moments. We're looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across social and digital channels.

Based at our Australian Support Centre in Brisbane, you'll create compelling visual content, design engaging marketing assets, and contribute fresh ideas that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital and social channels.
• Creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, including static graphics, video and motion content.
• Conceptualising and executing content shoots in-store, in-studio and on location.
• Contributing creative ideas that align with current trends, platform best practices and customer behaviours.
• Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns and creative solutions.
• Managing artwork updates, version control and asset libraries with exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
